Reports
Every report is a complete system-level analysis across the five TSF layers — scored, cited, confidence-banded, and read in full by an editor before release. Public subjects are published; your own company stays private.
Finished reports on public subjects — nations, sectors, threat actors — kept current and ready to buy. Browse what's published.

Public · made to order
Any nation, and any sector in our taxonomy, can be produced as a Library edition: the same engine, the same automated consistency and fact checks, the same full editorial read before release. You choose the report type and the subject from the list — no spelling, no ambiguity — and we confirm the edition and a delivery date within 24 hours. The finished report is delivered to your portal and listed in the Library.
Editions are produced from open sources and published. Need the subject read privately, or with your own data? Use the private commission.
What we produce
Every report type we produce, across 9 categories. Types marked "in development" have a pipeline but no edition has yet passed our editorial read — you can register interest; nothing is charged before release. Nations and sectors become public editions; a named company is a private commission.
25 report types · 7 released, 18 in development
The flagship. Every named APT and criminal network targeting the nation, the complete attack surface, defensive posture, cascade scenarios, and 36-month predictions — 32 sections.
Organization threat intelligence — actors, attack surface, and defensive posture, scored across the framework.
Threat landscape aggregated across a whole sector — shared exposure, common actors, systemic cascade risk.
A live experience, not a document — a played-through crisis with move and countermove, scenario design, and structured after-action.
A nation read as a strategic actor — alliances, friction zones, options and constraints, rational-actor game analysis.
All five layers at once — a nation’s full systemic health and where a shock would travel.
Live incident response for a nation — attribution, five-layer impact with SVI delta, cascade stage, adversary next move, recovery path. Compressed timeline.
A corporate crisis simulation — leadership plays through an incident against a modelled adversary.
A sector-wide war game — systemic contagion played out across interdependent actors.
An organization mapped against its competitive field — position, moves, exposure, and where the game is won or lost.
A target read across all five layers before you buy — hidden fragility, cultural fit, and integration risk.
A whole market as a system — structure, players, power dynamics, and where the openings are.
A nation’s resource and economic base — leverage, dependencies, and where the money and materials actually flow.
An organization’s financial and resource footing — funding, concentration, and structural economic exposure.
Sector economics as a system — value chains, chokepoints, and the flows that decide who wins.
A nation’s information and digital maturity — infrastructure, decision systems, and transformation trajectory.
An organization’s digital backbone assessed and a reform path set — with a qualified execution route.
A sector’s digital maturity and transformation dynamics — who is ahead, who is exposed, where it goes.
National cohesion, values, legitimacy, and identity fault lines — the story a nation tells itself and where it fractures.
An organization’s culture archetype and core order — what holds it together and what will pull it apart.
A sector’s reputation, workforce culture, and trust patterns read as a system.
An organization’s five-layer diagnostic — a single systemic vulnerability picture, not five siloed reports.
A sector’s five-layer resilience with a systemic-risk focus — where the whole system is brittle.
Live incident response for an organization — the same reactive engine on a corporate crisis.
Live incident response across a sector — systemic impact and contagion of an unfolding event.
Buy from the Library, request a public edition, or scope a private commission.
The engine collects and corroborates open-source evidence, with documented gaps.
Five-layer scoring, then section-by-section analysis, synthesis, and a sanitization pass.
Automated fact and contradiction checks, then a full editorial read. Nothing is released unread.
To your secure client portal — cited, confidence-banded, print-ready. Public editions are also listed in the Library.
Private · your company
Named-company and private-subject reports are produced under NDA and never published: the report exists for your account only. Choose the company from the list (every legal entity with an LEI is there), tell us the scope; we confirm approach, sign the NDA, and run a scoped intake — a structured survey grouped by the five layers — so the report is built to your reality, not just open sources. A nation or sector can be commissioned privately the same way.
Final price is set after scoping; the ceiling is held private until scope is agreed.
